Harold Baro is senior vice president and general manager of SIMOS Solutions, a customer-focused, results-oriented labor management firm that specializes in improving the ways organizations staff and manage high-touch environments by providing engineering expertise, a frontline workforce and management at a guaranteed fixed cost per unit while meeting quality and safety standards. He leads a core of certified engineers and experienced onsite workforce leaders who help optimize processes for budget certainty and increased efficiencies in distribution, fulfillment, reverse logistics and light manufacturing.

Baro has more than 30 years of extensive experience in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on logistics and systems, including the past 16 years with SIMOS. Under his leadership, SIMOS has expanded across the United States and introduced technology into its staffing models by launching Stafftrack, a proprietary workforce management tool, for its client and worker teams.

Baro was recognized for his industry leadership and expertise by Supply and Demand Chain Executive, who named him to their Pros to Know list in 2021. Under his leadership, won a Bronze Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Award in 2020 and was named a 2021 Top Workplace by Energage.

Baro holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Green Belt Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and a Black Belt from Villanova University and trained in TQM, MRP and ISO 9002. He lives in the greater Atlanta area.

Quinton Skyles is Vice President of Operations for SIMOS Solutions. He leads SIMOS’ Operations and Recruiting teams and was instrumental in helping SIMOS update its technology by adopting Stafftrack and the Stafftrack associate mobile app across the business. Prior to joining SIMOS, he served the same role for Staff Management | SMX, leading vendor management and operational leadership for the firm’s global client base.

Skyles led the company’s continuous improvement team and provided oversight to the company’s National Safety Council. One of the company’s key operations and safety experts, Skyles has a strong focus on driving efficient and sustainable operating procedures and achieving excellence in safety standards. He is instrumental in partnering with clients to create flexible workforce management models that maximize cost controls, increase efficiencies and achieve safety goals.

A Six Sigma Black Belt, Skyles holds an OSHA 30 certification and has completed extensive safety-related coursework. Prior to joining Staff Management | SMX in 2002, Skyles spent nearly a decade in the retail and distribution industries where he held numerous management positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a U.S. Military Veteran.

Bryon Withers is the Vice President of Sales for SIMOS and is responsible for the go-to-market sales strategy and execution. He is also leading sales automation, sales enablement, and evolving new workforce solutions for our new clients.

Bryon has over 25 years of global workforce solutions experience working in senior management and executive level roles with Adecco, ManpowerGroup, and Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group. During this tenure he has worked with some of the world’s most recognized companies, helping them to win their battle for talent. Over the course of his career, Bryon has successfully engaged and implemented some of the largest and most complex MSP, RPO, and Contingent Workforce Management solutions in the industry.

As a recognized contingent workforce solutions expert in the industry, Bryon firmly believes in working with clients to create a workforce solution that delivers a competitive advantage and drives greater shareholder value. Bryon holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA.

Alison Kassel is the Vice President of Technology for PeopleManagement. She is a versatile business technology leader with experience in developing strategies, large scale systems implementations, transforming organizations, implementing portfolio management and governance models, and delivering solutions enabling organizations to achieve their strategic and operating plan objectives. Alison was CIO of Seaton before its acquisition by TrueBlue in 2014. Prior to that, Alison has held significant IT roles for highly respected organizations such as U.S. Cellular, McDonalds, Motorola, NutraSweet, and Andersen Consulting.

Alison was on the Board of Directors for Have Dreams, a non-profit organization which serves children, teens, and adults impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder, and was previously on the Leadership Council for i.c.stars, a non-profit organization that prepares inner-city youth for careers in information technology and dedication to community involvement and leadership. Alison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and has completed Executive Education programs at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and is a Certified Change Agent.

Nicole Linder

Nicole Lindner is the Vice President of Finance, supporting PM business strategy development as well as leading the forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes.

Previously, Nicole held a variety of Finance roles with a manufacturing company over the course of 11 years. She helped to implement a new reporting system and held an international expat assignment in Zurich, Switzerland, where she was responsible for budgeting and forecasting for all of Europe, including 35 countries and 7 divisions. She also held various other roles including commercial finance, FP&A, and audit. In addition, she led a variety of mergers & acquisition work, including leading the financial integration of a $170M acquisition and developing the financial model for a major JV opportunity.

Nicole has an MBA from Ross School of Business (University of Michigan) and is a CPA (Inactive).

Kassandra Barnes is the Vice President of Marketing for the PeopleManagement family of brands which includes Centerline Drivers, Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS.

She is responsible for branding, digital marketing, content, design, and communications for all PeopleManagement brands within TrueBlue.

Prior to her role in PeopleManagement, she led the marketing team for PeopleReady, PeopleReady Skilled Trades and JobStack. Barnes has worked for over a decade in the human capital and staffing space, previously at Paycor, a national payroll provider and CareerBuilder a leader in recruitment technology. Her expertise is focused on leading demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing and market research teams.
