SIMOS Cares gives back during Holiday Spirit Week

December 20, 2022

The SIMOS Solution Cares team decided to give back this holiday season through their Holiday Spirit Week. Each day was themed with a different holiday celebration, but most notably a day to go out in the community and give back.

Teams did different acts of service based on their local community’s needs.

A team in Connecticut volunteered with Wreaths Across America and helped unload trucks and lay wreaths at the gravesites of military members.

Our teams in Ohio helped out at a Salvation Army Toys for Tots drive and a food bank distribution center.

Another team in Pennsylvania, partnered up with our amazing recruiting team and launched a reverse advent calendar for the month of December. Each day, SIMOS and our associates were asked to bring in a specific item. These items are being donated to H & J Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank to assist families in need within the community.

And in Oklahoma, we partnered with an organization called Bright Spot Family Mobile Services — a charity working to help families in need. They helped with the coat drive and helped wrap presents for their holiday outreach. During the event, they gathered enough to provide gifts to 232 children and have been able to double their efforts due to volunteers.

The SIMOS team did an amazing job this year giving back this holiday season with their SIMOS Cares program.

We hope everyone has a safe and healthy holiday season.
