Second consecutive year Stafftrack has been recognized in the American Business Awards
CHICAGO – April 28, 2022 – The Stafftrack® Mobile App, Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS Solutions’ workforce management technology, was named a winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the App & Mobile Website category in The 20th Annual American Business Awards®.
Honored in the HR & Employee Experience subcategory, Stafftrack was recognized for improving engagement and retention among its warehouse and light industrial workers. Because finding workers is harder than ever and keeping them is even more difficult, Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS Solutions – who hire 50,000 light industrial workers each year – improved the technology workers use to manage their work. Having a mobile app helped employees stay connected and engaged and increased retention across teams.

When citing what set Stafftrack apart from the competition in the Most Valuable Corporate Response category, judges commented that it was “a simple, easy to use and intuitive user experience” and “helped companies keep employees by making sure they are heard, allow them to pick up additional shifts, and many more.” The judges also cited the user experience, the engagement and retention benefits and its uniqueness among mobile apps.
The awards were chosen from a pool of more than 3700 nominations from companies of all sizes, across many industries and locations across the United States. More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
