So, in 2021, SIMOS Solutions sought to review and update its website to improve user experience and help connect more people with work during an essential and volatile time.
That work earned SIMOS Solutions a Silver Award in the 2021 Best in Biz Awards in the Website of the Year category for the new site, which fits current business offerings and brand voice and provides more locations for people to interact and learn about the business.
Through the redesign, the website added a new chat feature that allows prospective employees and customers to receive answers to questions immediately. The site features a new, more modern color scheme that is both eye-catching and reflects the versatility of the business, as well as improved navigation and mobile access, more accessibility features, improved security and a quicker customer experience. Thanks to the redesign, organic website traffic increased and site downloads more than doubled from the previous year. Contact request forms quadrupled and the amount of time people spent on the pages increased 18%, improving engagement and eliciting greater confidence in SIMOS’ work.
